Class War anarchist rally celebrates victory against fascism at Cable Street, 9 October



London, UK. 9th October 2016: Class War felt that the official celebration was failing to reflect the spontaneous and anarchist nature of of the Battle of Cable Street.

They see too many of the speakers representing organisations which had opposed popular resistance on the streets and feel it inappropriate that a march celebrating an event where the people took over the street should walk tamely along the pavements and a cycle lane rather than on the street. We decided to hold an alternative rally in front of the Cable Street mural with local resident Martin Wright giving an address. (more…)

Gallery: Noise demo against the destruction of social housing, 14 June



London, UK. 14th June 2016. Class War had brought their new guillotine to the protest against social cleansing in London in Berkeley Square outside the London Real Estate Forum. They were protesting at the scandal of London councils, mainly Labour controlled, speaking at the event and increasingly conspiring with estate agents and property developers to sell public land and transform estates which now house those on low incomes into homes for the wealthy… (more…)

Gallery: Life’s more fun with Class War



You can follow the herd. You can carry a mass-produced placard with a useless balsa stick attached. You can march in all weathers, by the thousands. You can listen to the speeches made by people you are sure you heard at the rally at the end of the last Big One. You can then take your coach or train home sure in the knowledge that you achieved… what?
