Daily Fail: Anarchists Class War target Foxtons in protest

8 OCTOBER 2016: Class War Women’s Death Brigade SHUT DOWN Foxtons’ main office on Upper Street after three of their agents attacked Jane Nicholl during a peaceful protest (not against them!) a couple of months ago. Foxtons directly condone male violence in this case but it’s also important to remember that the housing crisis, which they are involved in propelling out of control, is a gendered crisis. #parasites

Members of the Class War, a hard-left anarchists group, were seen protesting outside the offices of upmarket estate agents Foxtons in Islington today, 8 October 2016.

Class War: Punters not punts! Hammers not hipsters!

Evening Standard: West Ham fans’ fury after hipster Hackney Wick bar announces match day clampdown

“A row has erupted after a hipster bar banned West Ham fans in club colours from entering after matches.

Crate Brewery in Hackney Wick, near the club’s new home in the Olympic Park, announced new rules after rowdy fans apparently jumped into the canal outside the bar.

Hammers fans on match days have descended on the area, filled with hipster bars and arts venues, after the club moved from Upton Park three miles away this season. But new rules handed to supporters said that those in team colours would be banned from entering the bar after games. The notice added that chanting in the brewery was also forbidden…” [full article here if you like]

FILTH: from an anonymous comrade

The Filth
‘Some officers, acting undercover whilst seeking to infiltrate protest groups, entered into long-term intimate sexual relationships with women which were abusive, deceitful, manipulative and wrong. These relationships were a violation of the women’s human rights, an abuse of police power and caused significant trauma. I unreservedly apologise on behalf of the Metropolitan police service.’
– Martin Hewitt, Assistant Commissioner (November 2015)
